A welcome break from current Politics, whilst not too far. Highly enjoyable shorty story - great characters and
some hilarious dilagoue and stinging commentary throughout.
‘There’s a crisis in – well, I can’t begin. Universal insurgence, panic, riots in – in – in every city you can name.
Mass suicides in Japan. In Canada, street orgies. In Los Angeles they’re lynching action heroes. Greenwich Observatory’s
been sacked by a mob. A nun’s tried to assassinate the Pope.’
Humorous, but much more complex beneath the surface, and a good twist.
